Innovative Modulating Summer By Pass
A summer by pass helps to reduce any contribution to overheating in warmer summer months – once a specific outdoor temperature is reached the bypass is activated to remove heat recovery but still provide fresh air, however does not take into consideration indoor temperature or humidity levels!
The modulating summer by-pass is guided by an optimum comfort temperature for the home utilizing temperature, humidity and an intelligent algorithm to look at both internal and external conditions to provide the optimal temperature.
